How It Works

Inquiry

The process begins with a formal inquiry from the buyer, specifying product type, quantity, destination, and preferred transaction terms. This allows us to assess requirements and prepare a suitable offer.
Offer
Based on the inquiry, we issue a Corporate Offer outlining product specifications, pricing, terms, and procedures. This document serves as the basis for initial agreement between the parties.
Verification
Both parties proceed with due diligence and verification procedures, including company credentials and financial capability. This stage ensures transparency and readiness to proceed with the transaction.
Contract (SPA)
Upon successful verification, a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is issued and signed by both parties. The contract defines all commercial terms, obligations, and delivery conditions.
Delivery
Following contractual agreements and financial instruments, the product is delivered according to the agreed terms (FOB, CIF). All shipping and documentation processes are handled in accordance with international standards.
Payment
Payment is secured through internationally recognized banking instruments, including MT103, Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC), or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), as agreed by both parties. This ensures financial security and reliability of the transaction.
